Position Overview: The Technical Writer supports development of clear, standardized documentation to enable consistent execution, governance, and sustainment of CPIC, PMO, and automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, guides, checklists, and templates
Draft and refine governance-ready and executive-facing narratives, summaries, and briefing materials
Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, accessible, and aligned with client standards
Support knowledge transfer, transition documentation, and sustainment activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of technical writing experience
Strong written communication and documentation skills
