Duties and Responsibilities
The client is looking for a Senior Integrated Eligibility Systems Trainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training for the Integrated Eligibility system supporting Medical, SNAP and Cash programs. The incumbent will collaborate with other team members and Organizational Change Management leadership to deliver training and develop and maintain training materials and training schedules. The incumbent will become an integral part of the Team, building relationships with frontline staff and their leadership.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Analyze, design, develop, and test industry-standard training materials in support of on-going continuing improvement and new releases.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Provide hands-on support for front-line worker and their supervisors.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Deliver quality training with measurable outcomes.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Conduct post-training assessments, including observation. Assist in establishing support tickets to identify training and support needs.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Mentor other eligibility Trainers in the best practices for adult learning.
Skills:
