This is a Full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $19 - $29 USD per hour. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our commitment to excellence and contributing to our continued success.

Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve client issues, complaints, and concerns with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain and update client records accurately in our internal systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.
  • Process client requests and manage accounts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall client service experience.
  • Gather and report client feedback to help identify areas for service improvement.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and the MS Office suite.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude towards clients.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience within the financial services or tax industry would be a significant advantage but is not required.
