Director, Government Relations

The Government Relations function at Honeywell is responsible for advising and advocating for legislative and regulatory policies that support Honeywell’s business objectives; providing sales support for major policy wins and pursuits with government customers and state-owned enterprises; ensuring critical strategic relationships with policy makers; and enabling growth while minimizing risks.

Success within the Government Relations function is measured by priority Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) along several strategic pillars, developed in coordination with our leadership and regularly validated.

This Director, Government Relations (GR) will work directly with the Industrial Automation Americas Leadership to implement policy and growth strategies in the US and Canada. This person will leverage Honeywell international PAC (HIPAC) to advance relationships with lawmakers in the US, supporting that critical engagement tool through recruitment, engagement and functional compliance.
