We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Associate to support records management, including classification, storage, retrieval, and compliance. This role is essential to maintaining accurate, secure, and accessible records across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and follow records management procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Maintain and monitor records systems, identifying areas for improvement

• Classify, index, and organize records to ensure easy access and retrieval
• Ensure records are properly labeled and include accurate information

• Manage physical and digital storage of records, maintaining organization and security
• Retrieve and distribute records as needed in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, retention, and regulatory requirements
• Follow proper procedures for records retention and disposal

• Conduct regular checks to ensure records are accurate and up to date
• Identify and correct errors to maintain data integrity

• Participate in training and development to support ongoing performance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in records management, office services, or administrative support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
