Material Handler

Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and management of materials and merchandise. This role is vital to supporting our supply chain, manufacturing, and quality control processes.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload inventory efficiently and safely.
• Operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Clean machinery and maintain organized loading and docking areas.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to designated locations.
• Follow work orders or verbal instructions for task completion.
• Open containers, load, and discharge materials onto pallets, trays, or racks.
• Secure materials for safe transport.
• Support supply chain, manufacturing, and quality control teams as needed.

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching.
• Competence to work at various heights using a ladder or lift.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken English and legally authorized to work in the United States.
