About the Team

The Client Access Team plays a vital role in ensuring quality customer service is provided in a professional and efficient manner. They facilitate the care of both internal and external AKBH consumers by providing administrative assistance to Clinical Teams, Medical Providers, Program, and Administrative Staff. AKBH Client Access Coordinators are known for their welcoming, positive demeanor and their ability to work effectively with diverse members of the community, including stakeholders and individuals with behavioral or physical limitations or disabilities.
 

What You’ll Do

Client Access Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing clients across Clinical, Medical, and Primary Care services.
  • Collect and verify contact, demographic, and insurance information from clients.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of AKBH clinics, including check-in/check-out processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate client and clinic needs to appropriate staff members.Top of Form

  • Salary Range: $20.00 to $26.25 per hour (Depending on Experience)
