We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN/LP/RN to join our team at Hope Valley Health and Wellness. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission of clinical excellence. As a Staff Nurse, you will play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our clients through dedicated nursing practices.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in inpatient settings.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations as needed.
  • Assists in supervising Recovery Advocates.
  • Complete chart audits.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.


Qualifications

  • Current LVN or RN license in the state of Alaska.
  • Proven experience with substance use disorder clients preferred.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and basic life support.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for effective documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with trauma care or mental health preferred but not required.
