Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in our Surgical Office Practice within Ambulatory Services at MSK Basking Ridge! We're looking for a passionate and dynamic nursing professional excited to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape exceptional patient experiences in our MSK Basking Ridge center.
Role Overview:
- Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.
- Provide clinical support to staff members and assist with management of a caseload of Surgical Oncology patients.
- Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management.
- Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
- New Jersey State RN License
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
- Active BLS Certification required
- 1.5-2 years of previous RN experience
- Ambulatory care experience preferred
- Willing to take action and eager to adopt new opportunities and tough challenges with vitality, high energy, and passion.
- A creative decision-maker, with shown success at making timely decisions that maintain standards of nursing care within the organization.
- Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged, using both formal and informal development channels.

- Schedule: Four 10-hour flex shifts Monday - Friday 7:30am-6pm
