We’re currently hiring a Construction Laborer for a commercial job site in Naugatuck with an immediate start. A background check and drug screening are required prior to employment.

Pay:

• $22–$24/hour

Responsibilities:

• Remove debris and move materials
• Prepare and maintain the job site
• Load and unload materials
• Assist with scaffolding and demolition
• Perform site cleanup before and after construction
• Follow directions from the site supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of construction site experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test before starting
• Reliable transportation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
