Core Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data across multiple systems while ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy. T

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies as needed.
  • Organize, manage, and process electronic documents, including Adobe PDF files.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain records, create reports, filter data, and apply basic formulas.
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow established procedures and data quality standards to ensure the integrity of information.
