7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

$18.26 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll support adults with disabilities in community and employment settings by:

• Assisting with daily living, social, and vocational skills

• Supporting individuals at community activities and work sites

• Encouraging independence, choice, and community inclusion

• Providing transportation to program activities and job sites

• Helping with personal care when needed (eating, dressing, toileting)

• Supporting janitorial/vocational training tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal

• Completing daily documentation and following individual support plans

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years or older

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Compassionate, reliable, patient, and willing to learn

Experience We Value

We encourage applicants with professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities to apply, including:

• DSPs, CNAs, PCAs, or caregivers

• Healthcare, human services, behavioral health, or special education experience

• Job coaching or vocational support experience

• Experience supporting a family member or loved one with a disability.
