We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for design, and want to help customers create beautiful spaces, we'd love to hear from you.Â
What You'll DoÂ
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you'll work with homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors to help them select decorative plumbing fixtures, bath cabinetry, tile, and stone products for their projects.Â
This is a consultative sales position—no cold calling required. Customers come to BENDER looking for expertise and guidance, and you'll help bring their vision to life while delivering an exceptional showroom experience.Â
Responsibilities include:Â
- Welcome customers and build lasting relationships.Â
- Learn about each customer's project, style, and budget.Â
- Recommend products that meet their design and functional needs.Â
- Prepare accurate quotes, sales orders, and product selections.Â
- Coordinate projects from product selection through order completion.Â
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and teammates throughout the sales process.Â
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.Â
- Deliver the outstanding customer experience BENDER is known for.Â
Required QualificationsÂ
- Previous sales experience in a showroom or customer-focused retail environment.Â
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Â
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.Â
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Â
- Comfortable learning new products and technology.Â
- Availability to work Saturdays as part of the showroom schedule.Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Decorative plumbing, bath, tile, cabinetry, or interior design experience.Â
- Experience working with contractors, designers, or builders.Â
- Consultative sales experience.Â
