As a Maintenance Technician II, you are a cornerstone of our production and refurbishment operations. Working under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager and alongside Senior Technicians, you will ensure our advanced production lines and facility systems remain safe, efficient, and reliable. This is a hands-on role perfect for a proactive technician looking to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

ā— Preventative Maintenance: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules for propane pump systems, air compressors, and high-speed conveyors.

ā— Equipment Care: Perform essential lubrication (greasing/oiling), internal component cleaning, and washer system upkeep to prevent downtime.

ā— Parts & Repair: Identify and replace wearable parts and assist Senior Technicians with more complex mechanical repairs and special projects.

ā— Facility Stewardship: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by operating floor scrubbers, performing rust removal/painting, and managing supply inventory.

ā— Operational Support: Accurately read and record data from meters, gauges, and computer consoles to ensure systems are running within spec.

What You Bring to the Team

ā— Technical Aptitude: Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a comfort level using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.

ā— Physical Resilience: Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs, and comfortably bend, climb, and reach throughout a shift.

ā— Versatility: A willingness to work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor) as required by the facility needs.

ā— Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Preference is given to candidates with Vocational/Technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing.

ā— Soft Skills: A "get-it-done" attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to working safely within a team.
