EDUCATION

BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

EXPERIENCE

Outpatient experience in Pediatrics and/or Pelvic Health preferred. New grads welcome.

LICENSURE

By State Of Connecticut Division Of Medical Quality Assurance. BLS required.
