The Project Manager – Electrical Modular Construction is responsible for leading modular construction projects from planning through successful completion, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

This role works closely with customers, estimating, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field teams to successfully deliver modular electrical projects. The Project Manager will oversee project documentation, purchasing, submittals, schedules, budgets, and coordination while helping teams resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

Project & Modular Execution

  • Manage projects from preconstruction and planning through fabrication, delivery, installation coordination, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, documentation, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate project requirements across estimating, engineering, procurement, fabrication, quality, and field operations.
  • Manage purchasing, project documentation, submittals, approvals, and changes in scope.
  • Monitor material availability, fabrication schedules, long-lead equipment, and key project milestones.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues, and keep projects progressing on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead and collaborate with project team members while promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Financial & Customer Management

  • Manage project financial performance, including budgets, costs, forecasts, billing, and profitability.
  • Assist with estimating and budgeting for current and future projects.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide consistent communication throughout the project.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for follow-on work and partner with estimating and Business Development on future project opportunities.

Safety & Quality

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and personal accountability for safety.
  • Incorporate safety and hazard prevention into project planning and execution.
  • Ensure projects meet company, customer, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Promote open communication between fabrication, field, and office teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of project management, project engineering, construction management, or related experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction, trade, or project management experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, estimating, budgeting, procurement, and change management.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction or project management software experience is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to safety, integrity, and customer service.

Experience in electrical construction, modular construction, prefabrication, manufacturing, data centers, industrial construction, or similar project environments is preferred but not required.
