We are looking for a multi-tasker with strong organizational, communication and software skills. This position maintains a high level of trust and confidentiality with all company communication, sensitive information, financial records, and personnel matters.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and sign in all visitors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer needs.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain calendars.
- Schedule/prepare for meetings and customer visits. This includes setting up rooms and arranging lunches.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area. Includes watering plants and preparing coffee.
- Maintains, orders and stocks supplies.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Utilizes Microsoft office and other necessary computer applications.
- Assists with accounting duties.
Requirements
- Proven work experience
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Some accounting experience preferred
