Using specialized mobile service trucks, you will work in the field on hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems. Key Responsibilities: On-Site Diagnostics: Identifying malfunctions in hydraulic, engine, and electrical systems. Field Repair: Fixing equipment at job sites, including welding, part replacement, and troubleshooting. Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine service like oil changes and inspections. Safety Compliance: Ensuring all repaired equipment meets safety standards.  Working with the Service Advisor and Service Manager to provide accurate machine information, including: Make, model, and serial number Parts, tools, and supplies used Identification of additional repairs needed You’ll play a critical role in keeping our customers productive and their equipment operating at peak performance. Qualifications✅ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Experience & Technical Skills ✔️ 3–5 years of experience as a heavy equipment technician or mechanic ✔️ Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment such as John Deere,          Caterpillar, Komatsu, Case CE, and more ✔️ Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems ✔️ Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic diagrams ✔️ Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability ✔️ Must possess basic tools of the trade ✔️Physical Ability: Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions and handle heavy components. Additional Requirements: Comfortable using laptop computers and basic software applications Strong communication skills Ability to work flexible hours when needed Willingness to work in various environmental conditions Ability to solve problems independently with little supervision Observe all speed limits, traffic laws and safety policies while operating company vehicles. Maintain required Commercial Driver’s License class for vehicle assigned and keep medical card updated, if required. Maintain accurate logs as required for driving; fuel tax, mileage, per truck class; accurately, neatly and completely.
