Surveillance Operator I protects casino assets using closed circuit television (CCTV). Operators observe all activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage, count room, and other designated areas,  Record activities when appropriate also report observations to appropriate parties including state officials if necessary.  Document all phone calls in the surveillance activities daily log.

 

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions. 

  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge of casino games, company procedures and internal controls.

  • Monitor casino games, cage, slots and soft count rooms and property overall.

  • Report on all company procedures, internal controls and gaming regulation violations.

  • Required to conduct investigations (thereby ensuring the protection of property assets) against claims of property loss, personal injury, team member misconduct, criminal activity and/or any incident or event which compromises the company’s policies and procedures, internal controls, state gaming regulations, team members or guests, as assigned by the Surveillance Supervisor.

  • Plans, organizes and completes work timely

  • Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
  • Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
