Prepare weekly menus and recipes to be served to our customers. Follow all Food Safety Protocol. Complete operating functions such as ordering, inventory management, and scheduling. Maintain a positive relationship between VVS and its clients. Complete any other tasks related to the overall operation of a commercial kitchen facility. Report to VVS Canteen Manager and District Manager on a regular and as needed basis.
