Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Enforcement Officer will Patrol, monitor, and enforce public parking areas to enhance the experience of the public parking system through customer interaction. Qualifications• Practices good public relations with customers and visitors by answering questions and providing information concerning parking services and traffic regulations • Patrols metered and monthly parking areas; utilizes handheld ticket devices to issue citations for parking violations, including enforcement of towing ordinance and emergency snow route ordinance • Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and safety practices • Attends work regularly at the designated place and time • Supports continuous process improvement initiatives • Performs related work as required • Appears in court as witness against violators (as needed), reports inoperative meters to meter technician personnel, and assists with customer service activities
