HVAC Service Technician

Description

Holbrook Heating Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving the Waterloo, Geneva, and surrounding Finger Lakes area.

If you are an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in your work, enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems, and wants a Monday through Friday schedule, we would like to hear from you.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday through Friday

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay – based on experience

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform service and maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
• Accurately identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions
• Complete preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment condition, repairs, and recommendations
• Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Provide excellent customer service on every call

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to safely lift, carry, climb ladders, and work in typical HVAC environments
