Meets production schedules, assuring high quality products and preventing food wastage. Responsible for, following portion control guidelines to ensure quality services. Responsible for providing a tray presentation that is neat, clean and appealing to the eye. Follows diet orders and tray notes on tray tickets accurately.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Preferred:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• familiarity with hospital food service.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Kitchen experience desirable.

Minimum:
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Computer literacy

• Experience with Microsoft Office products
