Meat Cutter/Butcher

We have been in the meat business for over 100 years, and the department is still a tight-knit crew in a fast-paced,
social environment - lots of customer interaction, lots of hands on deck at once, days that fly by. If you take pride
in your knife work and like being around good people, you will fit right in.

What you will need:

• 2+ years butchering experience in a retail environment
• Solid knowledge of raw meat prep, red meat cuts, and cooking applications
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong customer service instincts
• Pride in your work
