Persona Signs is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a temporary position in their Accounting Department.
The ideal candidate should be able to quickly adapt and contribute to the team.
Primary responsibilities include collections, billing, cash receipt research, and maintaining AR aging reports.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable.
The salary for this role is set at $25 to $30 per hour.

Description

Persona Signs is searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist who can work temporarily in our Accounting Department. The right individual will be able hit the ground running and ready to jump in as needed.

Requirements

Primary responsibilities would focus on AR support and keeping customer activity current:

Collections — calling, emailing, and following up with customers on past-due invoices
Billing — running Oracle reports for orders ready to invoice, closing orders, generating invoices, and sending to customers
Cash receipt research support
Lien waivers — verifying payment status and preparing waivers for signature/notary
Maintaining AR aging reporting and resolving basic customer discrepancies

Secondary (as time allows):

Entering AP invoices (no payment processing)
General admin accounting support
