Ingersoll Auto is currently seeking a confident, outgoing professional to join our friendly service team.  Automotive knowledge and experience are preferred but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.


Responsibilities:

  • Writing repair orders, capturing information, and checking for recalls and warranty coverage with different manufacturers. 
  • Build accurate estimates using all data and our DMS (Tekion)
  • Move vehicles through the software process
  • Effective communication with all Team Members
  • Invoice / Bill repair orders 
  • Code warranty claims
  • Assistance with  moving vehicles around the lot and prep for technicians 
  • Read and understand technical notes and make sure all information is on the invoice      

Qualifications:

  • Clean driver's license and background check (we screen)
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and be productive as well as be a team player
  • Computer knowledge and the ability to type 30 words per minute 
  • Familiar with using a calculator/adding machine
  • Competency to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal mistakes 
  • Required to learn warranty and Ingersoll Auto policies and procedures

Compensation:

  • Base pay plus both weekly and monthly variable bonuses
  • Benefits available to full-time team members, including health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K plan
