Position Overview

Sentry is seeking a motivated Construction Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to start a career in construction. You’ll work alongside experienced crews and gain hands-on experience across a variety of jobsite tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist crews in the execution of general construction tasks
Load, unload materials and tools
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Support skilled trades as needed (carpentry, framing, etc.)
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Perform basic labor duties as directed by supervisors

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Construction experience is a plus, but not required
