Job DetailsJob Location: Dakota Bodies Watertown - Watertown, SD 57201Description Responsible for providing maintenance to industrial equipment. Ensures the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Includes installing new equipment, performing preventative maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns in a manufacturing and production setting. Job Summary: Performs preventative maintenance for production equipment. Services and maintains all equipment. Including but not limited to, welding machine, trolley systems, CNC machinery, overhead crane systems and other plant related machinery. Inspects and assesses the functionality of plant machinery. Troubleshoots mechanical breakdowns. Escalates issues to plant management team. Conducts routine and preventative maintenance and safety checks. Communicates with the production team and maintains a safe and sanitary work environment. Prepares, submits, and maintains reports as needed.   Qualifications Previous work experience in an Industrial Maintenance Position Experience with 110V single phase to 440V 3phase equipment. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and pay close attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40+ pounds. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Preference of: Weld Shop maintenance experience Machine Shop maintenance experience (CNC) Powder coat ovens and systems. Electrical experience with 110V single phase to 440V 3phase.    Qualifications
