You will be supported by a nursing staff and experienced multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. Provide ongoing medication management for behavioral health clients. Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications. Collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatric nursing staff, and advanced practice providers. Provide clinical supervision and consultation to the mid-level practitioners as needed. Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination. Promote community education and strengthen relationships with medical providers throughout the region. Help guide clinical quality and best practices across the agency. Provide oversight to Serenity Hills detoxification program.
