We offer competitive pay of $68k-$72k/year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:

This is a full-time Sous Chef position. You will work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special Club events. Your schedule may change based on the needs of the Club and our Members.

 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SOUS CHEF

As our full-time Sous Chef, you will support and execute Club menus with consistency, creativity, and precision across all dining outlets and events. Your day will include collaborating on seasonal menus and Member-driven enhancements, ensuring timely service for à la carte dining and special functions, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary presentation.

 

You will assist with food ordering, receiving, and inventory management, keeping all storage and prep areas organized. In addition to culinary execution, you will foster a positive team culture by mentoring, training, and onboarding staff. You will coordinate prep schedules, anticipate operational needs, and support Club events such as weddings and tournaments. Every day, you will enforce food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the kitchen remains inspection-ready and compliant with all regulations.

 

Here's what we need from you:

  • 3+ years of progressive culinary experience in a private club, hotel, or upscale dining environment
  • Creative culinary mindset balanced with consistency and discipline
  • Strong knowledge of food ordering, inventory management, and organization
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and train culinary teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and club events
