Job Summary
This is a shop-focused welding position supporting Sentry’s Manufacturing team. The right candidate should have experience with structural steel welding, including MIG and stick welding, and be comfortable working in a manufacturing/fabrication shop environment. Experience with Dual Shield welding is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Structural steel welding using MIG, stick, and Dual Shield processes
- Cutting and preparing materials
- Assembly of steel framework
- Grinding and weld cleanup
- Reading basic shop drawings
- Operating shop equipment and tools
- Use of gantry and shop cranes
- Rigging and material handling
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Supporting other shop and fabrication tasks as needed

Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of structural steel welding experience
- Dual Shield welding experience
- Manufacturing or fabrication shop background
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow

Pay Range
$20–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements
Candidate must be able to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screening.
