Our team is committed to providing high-quality, respectful care to elderly and disabled residents while fostering a supportive, collaborative, and professional work environment. The unit manager reports to DON and is a part of the Unit Manager Team.   Jenkins Living Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced nurse to join our nursing our Unit Manager Team as a Unit Manager.   In addition to providing clinical supervision and oversight during shift hours, the Unit Manager will serve as an integral member of the nursing team by collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing, unit managers, and other department leaders to support the delivery of exceptional resident care.   Responsibilities include participating in the weekend on-call rotation, assisting with direct resident care when staffing needs require additional support, leading and participating in quality improvement initiatives, conducting clinical and documentation audits, assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, mentoring and coaching nursing staff, supporting staff education and competency development, assisting with investigations and participating in other projects that contribute to the continued success and growth of Jenkins Living Center.   As this is a unit manager position, additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the facility and the individual's strengths, experience, and professional interests.Qualifications
