Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Painter to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of surfaces including, Steel, Aluminum, and other shop coated metal, uncoated metal, finished hardware, accessories and other surfaces as specified.  Working in the fabrication shop, this role ensures all materials are prepped and ready to be painted and powder coated.

We are hiring for both the AM shift and PM shift.  AM shift works 5am-2:30pm.  PM shift works 2:30pm-11pm.


Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurate handling of products to be processed 
  • Hanging and taking down products from conveyor lines, sanding, masking, plugging to prep for paint lines 
  • Prepare metal for the powder application process including hanging, washing, plugging, scrubbing, taping, and sanding of parts 
  • Utilize work instructions to follow established procedures 
  • Shrink wrap, count, and prep products for shipping 
  • Assist in QA final inspections 
  • Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions 
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Job Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Applicants must have manufacturing assembly experience and/or high level of mechanical aptitude 
  • Applications must have good communication skills 
  • Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment. 
  • Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards 
  • Build products within time standards 
  • Adhere to safety standards and requirements
