MasterTech has a an awesome opportunity for detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Assemblers to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Assemble electrical components, including control panels, junction boxes, terminal blocks, push buttons, relays, and related hardware.
- Perform wiring operations such as measuring, cutting, stripping, crimping, routing, and terminating wires.
- Mount and connect electrical components according to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct point-to-point testing, continuity checks, and functional testing to verify proper operation of assembled systems.
- Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues, identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and communicate any production delays, quality concerns, or material shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures, electrical safety standards, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling protocols.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities, to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, wire preparation equipment, and electrical testing devices.
