The candidate for this role must have the ability to perform excellent, direct care while upholding the dignity of the residents, families, visitors, and fellow employees while maintaining a professional and courteous environment. Always supporting our client's plans of rehabilitation by assisting in the purpose of self-care and independence. Employee engagement, skills training, and documentation are essential elements in this role.    *Must have the ability to become a certified nurse aide in the timeframe and requirements for CNA licensure in South Dakota.  QualificationsAll applicants must pass a pre-employment background check. A tuberculosis test will be done upon hire.
