Job DetailsJob Location: Watford City, ND 58854Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00We are currently looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and experience:   - Accounting Principles: Deep understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Payroll taxes, and 401K Plans.   - Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in QuickBooks   - Financial Processes: Experience with general ledger functions, Excel balance sheets, reconciliations, tax preparation, and accounts payable/receivable.   - Data Management: Ability to review financial data, create detailed spreadsheets, and resolve discrepancies.   - Detail-Oriented: Meticulousness to ensure high accuracy and prevent financial mistakes.   - Communication: Ability to explain complex financial data simply to non-financial stakeholders or senior leadership.   - Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive company and client information securely.
