Under supervision, the student assists with a variety of tasks and projects that align with their educational goals and career interests. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience, promote professional development, and enhance practical skills relevant to the student's field of study. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or mentor. Observe and participate in work processes to gain industry-specific knowledge and skills. Apply classroom learning to real-world situations to reinforce academic concepts. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Demonstrate professional behavior, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to workplace policies and procedures. Complete any required documentation or evaluations related to the cooperative work experience program. QualificationsQualifications: Current student enrolled in a Cooperative Work Experience program through Watford City High School. Interest in gaining experience related to the student’s field of study. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively. Dependable, responsible, and eager to learn.
