Are you an experienced Production Operator, Chemical Operator, Process Operator, Plant Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Military Veteran looking for a stable career with advancement opportunities? Salary Range: Starting at $24.00/hour + Shift Differential

This range reflects the base salary for this role. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity.

What You’ll Do

• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment 
• Load raw materials into manufacturing systems 
• Follow production formulas and batch sheets 
• Conduct product quality testing 
• Record production and inventory data 
• Support preventative maintenance 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment


Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Mechanical aptitude 
• Basic computer skills 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime

• Manufacturing, production, maintenance, military, or industrial experience strongly preferred


Preferred Qualifications

• Chemical plant experience 
• Process operator experience 
• Industrial maintenance experience 
• Forklift experience 
• Laboratory testing experience 
• Basic chemistry knowledge


Work Environment
