Full-Time Day Trained Medication Aide (TMA) – Days
CURA of Watkins is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and attentive Trained Medication Aide (TMA) to join our skilled nursing team. As a TMA, you will play an important role in providing quality care to our residents by safely administering medications, assisting with daily care needs, and supporting their comfort, independence, and overall well-being.

Position Available
- Full-Time Days: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Wage starts at:Â $21.50/hour + experience
Key Responsibilities
- Safely administer and document medications according to physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate nurse or supervisor.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.
- Maintain accurate medication and resident care documentation.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow all medication administration, infection control, safety, and facility procedures.
- Promote resident independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Assist with other resident care needs as directed by nursing staff.

- Current Minnesota Trained Medication Aide (TMA) certification required.
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, home care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow medication administration procedures and accurately complete documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy.
