Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries and product selections.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout register.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Restock shelves and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
Assist in managing inventory and keeping track of stock levels.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about store promotions, sales, and product knowledge to better assist customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Knowledge of grocery products and services is an advantage.
