What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in daily shop operations
• Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Train and develop employees while promoting a positive team culture
• Help drive sales, service quality, and operational performance
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and company standards
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and daily administrative tasks

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coaching or developing employees preferred
• Automotive or quick-lube experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
