AGRILAND FS is looking for a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined Custom Seeding Applicator. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will receive in-house paid CDL and equipment training, work independently and with a team. Work assignments vary throughout the week and the season.

Core Responsibilities:

Apply cover crop seeding to fields according to recommended rates and procedures
Record application data according to regulations and AGRILAND FS, Inc. standards
Set up material handling, blending, storage, transport and application equipment for accurate and efficient blending, delivery and application of products
Maintain all equipment, including a wide variety of light and heavy equipment together with transport equipment to provide the proper image and extend the life of equipment
Stay current on technical information
Assist with any operational and customer service needs at assigned location

What we need from you:

Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
