A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of Customer Support Supervisor in OB/GYN at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
- Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Manage front desk, scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and telephone operations.
- Coordinate diagnostic testing, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
- Monitor billing, coding, charge posting, denials, and accounts payable to support revenue cycle accuracy.
- Partner with physicians, leadership, and billing teams to identify and resolve operational and financial issues.
- Assist with budget development and monitor clinic financial performance.
- Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and support clinic staff in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in leadership meetings, committees, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a positive, professional, and patient-focused environment while supporting team members as needed.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.Â
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office setting required.Â
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
