The Visual Pak is looking for innovative and dedicated achievers who are encouraged to keep a healthy work/life balance to join our team Position Title: Production Supervisor                     Reporting into Title: Operations Manager Position Purpose/Summary: The Production Supervisor manages work processes and associates within the Department on designated shifts. Direct Reports     Up to 120   Position Responsibilities-Tasks-Deliverables An individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Enforce Hazardous Material Handling Procedures and oversee Initial and Annual Training Manage and supervise all production associates  Execute the schedule to keep all production lines running to meet customer needs Responsible for the work flow and developing the (line leads) to take ownership of the line. Monitor change-over’s and set-up’s to reduce down-time Exercise team attitude with peers on alternate shifts to ensure they have a smooth shift start Support cGMP by holding associates to required standards Monitor training to make sure new hires, temps, and department transfers understand their responsibility. Able to diagnose and correct problems within department and communicate issues cross functionally Change agent to support strategic initiatives around safety, quality, cost and on time service Responsible for executing Performance Evaluations for department associates. Strong motivating and team building skills (mentoring and coaching)   Physical Capabilities Strength: Must be able to regularly lift 55 lbs. Movement: Must be able to stand / walk for an entire eight hour shift.
