Join our team as a CNC Lathe Setup & Operator and take pride in producing high-quality precision parts. Youâll set up and run CNC Lathes, a while ensuring every part meets blueprint specifications and customer expectations.
What Youâll Do
- Set up and operate CNC Lathes, run Mills and Swiss Turning Centers
- Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, programs, and routers
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Maintain quality assurance records and meet engineering specifications
- Keep equipment running efficiently and support continuous improvement
- Report daily production in ERP system
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5â10 yearsâ experience setting up/programming CNC Lathe machines
- 3â5 yearsâ experience in machining
- Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and blueprint interpretation
Preferred:
- Swiss, Haas or Tsugami machine experience
