What You’ll Do:

• Respond quickly to emergency calls—no two days are the same
• Extract water, clean smoke/fire damage, remediate mold, and restore structures
• Document everything clearly for our estimators and clients
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Provide empathetic, reassuring customer service when people need it most
• Maintain equipment and vehicles—always ready for go-time
• Be on-call for rotating emergency response shifts
• Support and mentor newer technicians
• Embrace safety—PPE always provided and required
   

What You Bring to the Team:

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Physically able to lift/move 5–100 lbs and work in tough environments (heat, cold, confined spaces)
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Team player mindset with strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
