We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to patients

- Provide medication counseling and answer patient questions regarding drug interactions, side effects, and proper usage

- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions

- Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy

- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and proper storage of pharmaceuticals

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations

- Stay current with new medications, industry trends, and best practices in pharmacy care

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid pharmacist license in the relevant state or region

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

- Proven experience as a pharmacist or in a similar role preferred

- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and pharmacy law

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities

- Proficiency with pharmacy management software and computer systems
