Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Job Duties: Uline, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Developer in Waukegan, IL to craft, test, and deploy robust Java applications aligned with business needs using industry-leading technologies and coding standards. Utilize REST web services, microservice environments, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, XML, and code versioning tools. Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure application responsiveness maintaining top-notch quality. Perform caching and service discovery. Utilize CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies. Assist in architectural design reviews and project planning, lending insights for strategic advancements. Angular development and enterprise solutions development using Spring framework. Craft, test, and deploy Java applications. Guide and mentor fellow developers, exhibiting leadership in cross-functional development practices. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure consistent processes and timely deliverables. Annual salary: $131,000 - $131,000.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of progressive software development experience, including: (1) Angular development and enterprise solutions development using Spring framework; (2) REST web services, microservice environments, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, XML, and code versioning tools; (3) Caching, service discovery, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies; (4) Crafting, testing, and deploying Java applications; (5) Architectural design reviews and project planning; and (6) Conducting code reviews, optimizing performance, and ensuring application responsiveness.
