About the Role:

The Assembler plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately and efficiently putting together components to create finished products. Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand product specifications.
  • Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery according to established procedures.
  • Inspect assembled products for defects or deviations from specifications and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by following safety protocols and proper handling of materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and assist in troubleshooting assembly problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly instructions. 
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Lift up to 30lbs. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Experience using measurement tools such as calipers or micrometers.
