Job Summary: Oversees daily field operations for insulation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role supervises insulation crews, coordinates job site activities, and enforces safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead insulation crews on commercial and residential job sites
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications
  • Train new hires
  • Document all job site conditions, milestone dates, and potential problems
  • Perform and prepare field measure estimates
  • Attend job meetings as directed
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use of equipment and tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints, project drawings, and work orders
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and job site conduct of crew members
  • Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and professional
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition

Education and Experience:

  • Oral/Written communication
  • Knowledge of all materials, tools & systems used
  • Ability to read construction documents
  • Time management
  • Basic math
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Self-motivation
